Happy 2009!

All four of us stayed up tonight to ring in the New Year.  Our neighbors have an annual party for whomever wants to go.  We had a fun time talking with friends – many of whom we had not seen since this vac started – playing games and enjoying good food.  We rung in the New Year watching the ball drop. How is that possible when it still 2008 in New York?  Easy, its a tape of the ball dropping – in 2000!  Also, an annual tradition.    All in all it was a good evening in which I am now quite tired.  I think we’re all off to bed now!  We hope your evening celebrations are fun and safe.  May you each have a blessed New Year full of life, adventure, and new beginnings.  God bless and Happy New Year!
